1. Data Collection

TsakaniQA.ai collects only the information necessary to operate the platform:

• Source code and repositories — ingested by your deployment for test generation
• API specifications and UI flows — used to understand coverage scope
• Test execution results — stored and reported for your team’s review
• Account information — contact, organization, and billing details

2. Data Storage & Governance

All code, tests, and results are stored exclusively in your own AWS environment under your governance. TsakaniQA.ai infrastructure has no access to your data. Your compliance requirements are yours to enforce — we do not hold, broker, or expose your intellectual property.

3. Data Retention

Test results and execution history are retained per your retention policy. You control deletion and archival. On service termination, all data remains in your infrastructure for your exclusive recovery and management.

4. Third Parties

TsakaniQA.ai does not sell, share, or license your data. We do not use your code for model training, improvement, or competitive intelligence. Your source code is yours in perpetuity.

5. Security

Communication between the platform and your infrastructure uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+). All API endpoints are authenticated and logged. Audit trails are available for your review.

1. Service Description

TsakaniQA.ai provides an AI-driven test generation and execution platform deployed in your environment. The platform ingests your source code, generates test suites at unit, API, and UI layers, executes tests continuously, and reports coverage and defects. Your team remains the gatekeeper — nothing ships without explicit approval.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform solely for internal quality assurance purposes. Prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or circumventing the platform
• Using the platform to test third-party code without authorization
• Attempting to extract generated tests for external distribution
• Violating applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Intellectual Property

Your code remains your property. Generated test suites are yours in perpetuity, fully documented and independently runnable. You may use, modify, and distribute generated tests under your own terms. No vendor lock-in.

The platform and its algorithms remain TsakaniQA.ai intellectual property, licensed to you for the term of your subscription.

4. Coverage Guarantee

For applicable service tiers, TsakaniQA.ai commits to achieving 80% automated test coverage within four months from pilot start, or service fees pause. Coverage is measured across unit, API, and UI layers per the complexity scan methodology. Your team’s approval of generated tests is a prerequisite — if your team rejects 50%+ of generated tests, the guarantee is void.

5. Limitations of Liability

The platform provides test generation and execution tooling. It does not guarantee the absence of defects in production or provide legal compliance assurance. Your team is responsible for approving all tests and release decisions. TsakaniQA.ai is not liable for defects that reach production after your team’s explicit approval.

6. Service Availability

TsakaniQA.ai targets 99.5% uptime for the platform services. Maintenance windows are scheduled with notice. Degradation due to your infrastructure, network, or third-party dependencies is not TsakaniQA.ai liability.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, all data remains in your infrastructure for your exclusive recovery. Generated tests, results, and reports are yours to keep and operate independently.

8. Changes to Terms

TsakaniQA.ai may modify these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Your existing data and service tier remain unaffected unless you elect to change subscription terms.
